Reading Minds: Dialogues
Between Two Generations
Tuesday, November 27th, 2007
Each of us, each generation, is born into a time in history, a culture, a set of dominant ideas and economic conditions that make up our “world situation.” Hence, each generation must learn to define itself while challenged to negotiate and survive those powers that seemingly dictate what is real, true, workable, powerful, valuable, and evil.
At Oktoberfuss 2007, two generations spoke to each other, exploring their differences and discussing their responses to the surrounding cultural powers and pressures.
